A common challenge faced by most Talent Acquisitionist is dealing with hired candidates without a relieving letter. While there are various reasons for such problems dealing with them is difficult especially when they are the preferred candidate and are serving their notice period or are unable to get a relieving letter due to genuine reasons or other commitments.
