Sourcing Adda (@SourcingAdda) members who have been active on our WhatsApp Group Chat discussions will know that the topic for the discussion is a continuation of the previous WhatsApp Group Chat that was held where these aspects weren’t the main focus. Based on the discussion we‘ve had we decided to devote an entire discussion on the topic i.e., “do we need to consider business ethics to achieve your KRAs?” which was brought forth by the members of the Delhi group. Along with this we discussed other aspects that were related like –

• Who defines the ethics for us business or personal?
• If business defines ethics then should we just follow business ethics?
• Should we just break the rules and just focus on achieving our KRAS?
